ProTraxx, Inc. serves the needs of school
districts and other education providers by supplying the tools needed for the
management of professional development programs and related staff data.

Who We Are
Our first product, CEU EzTraxx, was created to simplify the
process of planning and executing professional development offerings in
accordance with varied state and organizational guidelines. The release of
EzQuery, an add-on application, further enhanced the client’s options for data
extraction, querying and reporting. Our add-on utility, EzImport, became the
tool for initially populating or periodically updating the database with
demographic data from another source.

The changing needs of educators and the challenges of No Child
Left Behind prompted the development of our latest solution, EzTraxx
Online. In addition to all the great features of CEU EzTraxx, the new
application allows for online enrollment, tracking of certifications,
endorsements, non-certified staff training, staff evaluations and more.

ProTraxx has created a suite of products that work together
to simplify the day-to-day tasks of the Central Office staff in schools and
other educational organizations. We continue to provide user-friendly
applications, along with the support needed to maximize their effectiveness, as
well as customized solutions. Our technical support, PowerUsers Programs,
newsletter and training sessions are all focused on improving client’s skills
and simplifying data entry and retrieval.

EzTraxx Online is a complete web-based professional development management solution.
Built upon the framework and functionality of our acclaimed CEU EzTraxx software,
EzTraxx Online brings numerous benefits to staff members and administrators at
the school, district, and State level. In addition to capturing professional
development offering and participation information, EzTraxx Online tracks certification,
requirements, evaluations, tenure and related staff data for data-driven decision making,
which may be used alone or in combination with student data in a warehouse environment.

a user name and password with defined security. As a web-based solution, EzTraxx Online
promotes regular use of technology by both certified and non-certified staff, improves
communication, drastically reduces paper processes, and encourages collaboration among
teachers as well as district wide. The application’s design permits gradual implementation
to meet the specific needs and skills of its users.
