Software Trainer & Implementation Specialist
ProTraxx is seeking dynamic individuals to add to its growing team of trainers. As a Middletown, CT company providing software solutions to education organizations, we’re seeking highly motivated individuals to deliver training and implementation of our web solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for delivering consistent content effectively while maintaining and developing all online help materials along with those used in the classroom environment. Experience in the K-12 education arena and strong computer skills are highly desirable. Some travel required. Full & Part time positions available.

Coordinator of Training, Implementation & Customer Support
ProTraxx is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Middletown, CT to support and assist with the implementation of our software solutions for education providers. Candidates should have strong computer software skills along with program management experience. All aspects of customer support will be the focus of this position, providing clients with assistance via telephone and online access. Coordination of training events, materials, and participation will be required. Experience in a fast-paced office environment along with a desire to grow with the business is essential to this full-time position.
