EzCatalog is a complete solution for managing Adult Education and similar programs. This web-based
application provides the tools needed to provide a wide variety of offerings that satisfy the
needs and interests of a diverse community. In addition to the numerous features and functionality
that simplify planning, tracking, and marketing enrichment programs, the application allows for
scheduling, enrollment and reporting of mandated programs including Basic Adult Education,
Citizenship, English as a Second Language and GED preparation.
New users may register in the system by completing a basic form, while registered users simply
login with a user name and password to a secure record.
Planning, promoting and delivering a content-rich semester of courses is a challenge facing many
self-funded programs. The hiring of instructors, registration of participants, issuance of contracts
and completion certificates and bulk mailings are among the many tasks associated within
the multiple-session year.
Clients establish a merchant account with their bank of choice for processing credit card payments
through Verisign, or utilize one established and managed by ProTraxx.
