EzCatalog
ProTraxx’s complementary site, EzCatalog, is and easy-to-use, public portal which is fully integrated with the EzTraxx application. Designed to allow the typical non-district provider a method for tracking the professional development offerings and participation of both its employees as well as the general public, EzCatalog is a customizable, readily implemented solution.

EzCertification Data Exchange
Our EzCertification Data Exchange service is a complementary process of populating educator certification data into the EzTraxx system – with the source of the data being the State Department of Education’s Certification system. The population of certification data ensures accurate, up-to-date information is published to the teacher’s individual summary pages and defining their requirements for certificate maintenance, while eliminating the manual method of data entry by school personnel.
This initiative is available in the State of Connecticut through a collaborative effort twith the Department of Education. As part of this service, the State Bureau of Educator Standards and Certification will have EzTraxx Online access to appropriate transcript data compiled by providers within EzTraxx to perform annual compliance verification, eliminating a substantial effort dedicated to the existing paper-based methods.

EzData Upload
Most clients will choose to pre-populate their new EzTraxx Online database with demographics and /or historical professional development participation data from legacy systems within their organization. ProTraxx can perform this work initially, as well as on an ongoing basis using our EzData Upload Service. Using a standard file format in Excel, clients extract data and the ProTraxx technical team uploads the information on a periodic basis – on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis – to suit your needs.
