Cognitive CoachingSM Foundations Part II
Fall 2023 Cohort
Participants will continue to deepen their understanding of CC by learning how to adjust their coaching based on the individuals they support as well as learn a third map for use in supporting others when they are stuck (the Problem-Resolving map). Completion of Part I of CC is a prerequisite for this course.

To develop the identity and increase capacity as a coach.

Supporting individuals is a skill which can be learned and mastered, given appropriate training, support, and time for reflective practice.
