The Write Recovery
Pilot Program
As a best-selling author of Feast & Famine: Healing Addiction with Grace, Robin H Clare discovered that “When you write your recovery life story you heal yourself. When you share your recovery life story, you heal yourself.” By writing her addiction and recovery story, she truly understood why she was suffering, how to heal her trauma, and how to ground her recovery. As a successful recovery writing coach and radio/podcast host of Hungry for Answers: From Recovery to Your Ultimate Life, Robin facilitates sharing the life-changing recovery stories of her clients and guests. When you choose to write your story, you further enhance your commitment to recovery. Learning to write from your heart and soul will profoundly impact you, your family, and your community. The Write Recovery program will provide you with a powerful combination of personal development, self-care, and communication competencies. Ultimately, after completing the program, the exciting question becomes, how will you use your fully-vetted recovery story to support others?
Objectives
Participants will: Discover how writing can lead to a more impactful recovery for you, Learn to appreciate your recovery story as a healing tool for others, Find the confidence to write your story by embracing your fears and blocks.
