Shoreline Equity Council

A PLC of building level educational leaders to be solution-oriented thought partners in the area of educational equity. The objectives of this PLC are to provide a safe environment for leaders to have honest, constructive conversations about the obstacles which undermine equity in school and explore possible solutions with colleagues. Our first meeting is scheduled for January 27, from 8:30 - 11:00. This Council will be facilitated by Jemal Davis, Assistant Principal of Groton Middle School and hosted by LEARN. The objective for this meeting is to set an intention for the Council, to discuss how this Council can support you, and explore the question, “How prepared do you feel to lead equity and race conversations?”
