Becoming a Coaching Leader
Summer 2022 Cohort
Becoming a Coaching Leader equips leaders to effectively support those they supervise by taking on a coaching mindset. The training is offered in partnership with Building Champions, an executive coaching firm with expertise in supporting and coaching national and international fortune 50 corporations.
Objectives
Participants willUnderstand and develop a coaching mindsetLearn four coaching conversations critical to leadership successDevelop coaching skills such as questioning, providing powerful feedback, and effective listeningIn addition to the f2f training sessions, CEUs include awards for up to 6 hours of coaching (either f2f or virtual)
