Expanding Your Coaching Toolbox
Participants will engage in a four-part coaching series that is scenario-based and will provide opportunities to practice the different coaching stances to support teachers positively impact student learning. Coaching stances to be explored will include, but not be limited to, thought partnering, modelling, challenging, provisioning, and providing feedback. Participants will be provided with scripts from which to choose and each session will offer a safe space where educators can apply new learning and grow their coaching skills.
