1. How do I get my username and password?
Answer:
Go to the login link on the right hand side and click "Forget username / password" and enter your email address.


2. How do I get my file number? (Only applies to customers using File Number)
Answer:
Your file number is located on your pay stub. If you cannot find it or do not have a file number please contact an administrator on the right hand side under contact information.


3. What does "there is already an existing Employee with that UFT Number (File Number)/SSN" mean?
Answer:
Someone has already registered with that File Number/SSN. Check to make sure you have not already registered, possibly under a different email address by going to the login link on the right hand side and click "Forget username / password" and enter your email address. If you still do not find an account, please email support@protraxx.com


4. What does "there is already an existing Participant with that Email Address" mean?
Answer:
Someone has already registered with that email address. Please go to login link on the right hand side and click "Forget username / password" and enter your email address. Your username and password will be sent to that email address.


5. How to update your user profile in Protraxx?
Answer:
1. Log into http://www.protraxx.com/CourseCatalogs.aspx
2. Select the correct catalog and login with your user name and password
3. On the right side of the page you will see a section called "User Information" in the middle of a yellow box.
4. Click on the link for "Change Password/User Info"
5. On this page you will be able to update your personal profile and change your password.


6. How to withdraw from a class?
Answer:
1. Log into http://www.protraxx.com/CourseCatalogs.aspx
2. Select the correct catalog and login with your user name and password
3. On the right side of the page you will see a section called "User Information" in the middle of a yellow box.
4. Click on the link for "Enrollment Management"
5. You will now see a list of all the classes you are enrolled in
6. Click on the word "Withdraw" next to the class you want to withdraw from and you will be removed from the class
