Instructional Coaches Forum

Instructional Coaches in CREC districts meet quarterly to share best practices and engage in new thinking about teaching and learning. Literacy and numeracy coaches at all grade levels are encouraged to attend quarterly meetings. Topics and speaker lists are developed by the group.
Objectives
• To provide participants a venue to collaborate and share best practices in their roles as instructional coaches. • To expand and deepen the understanding of coaching models and techniques• To share district and school initiatives that positively impact the role and effectiveness of instructional coaches.
