Understanding and Supporting Effective CCS Lesson Design- Novice Teachers
Novice Teachers
Utilizing ctcorestandards.org resources, participants will increase their understanding of effective lesson design utilizing the gradual release model of instruction and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) as a foundation for lesson planning. Participants will learn strategies and tools that support them in understanding the CCS lesson progressions, questioning and use of formative assessment in their planning.
