The Key Instructional Advances of Focus and Coherence will be visited in-depth during this session. Your pre-session assignment will be to read the New York Times article, “Why Do Americans Stink at Math?” by Elizabeth Green that will be sent to you before the session in a link.
Objectives
To increase participants' understanding of the College and Career Readiness Standards for Adult Education in Mathematics and to build their capacity to teach math to adults.
