During the CREC Mathematics Coaching Academy participants will identify the essential elements of an effective, professional learning community and how to develop or refine it for their school, in collaboration with administrators. Training Center participants will utilize newly acquired strategies in a K-5 lab school setting

Participants at the Mathematics Coaching Academy will acquire the tools to balance the multiple roles of a mathematics coach
