Knowledge and Skills for Teachers Supervising the Work of Paraeducators
Teachers will build their knowledge on working effectively with paraeducators by understanding 1) Their roles and responsibilities in supporting paraeducators 2) How to provide feedback that will encourage and assist paraeducators to grow professionally, and 3) How to manage the paraeducator's time and effectiveness in supporting the learning environment.
