GENDER INCLUSIVE SETTINGS FOR YOUNG CHILDREN
Pink is for girls? Blue is for boys? Let's examine the gender stereotypes that might exist within our programs and replace them with more inclusive practices. This session is an introduction to the concepts of gender identity and gender expression as it applies to self and others. Participants will leave with an action plan for a short-term and long-term goal in increasing gender -inclusive practices in their classroom or program.
