Transforming Everyday Care Routines into Learning Opportunities for Infants and Toddlers
In this interactive session, participants will explore the profound impact of everyday care routines on infant and toddler learning. We will delve into how seemingly simple activities like diaper changes, mealtimes, and dressing become rich opportunities for language development, relationship building, and more. This workshop will empower early childhood staff to view daily care routines through a new lens, recognizing each moment as an opportunity to support young children’s growth and development. We will connect our conversation to the Connecticut ELDS (Early Learning and Development Standards). There is no charge to attend this session.
