Adaptive Schools Foundations
Fall 2021 Cohort (PLC Facilitators)

In the Adaptive Schools Foundations training participants learn the skills and develop the capacities to be effective collaborators. By applying the seven norms of collaboration and understanding the principals of adaptive systems, participants develop the skills necessary to effectively and efficiently have collaborative, supportive conversations, navigate conflict, and plan effective meetings.

Rationale for Providing this Professional Learning Experience
Professionals who collaborate and work with others typically perform better than those who work in isolation, but many professionals struggle to collaborate effectively.
