Interactive Online Workshop.
The foundation of peer recovery support (and clinical services) is the quality of the working alliance. Many decades of research emphasize a fundamental set of relationship enhancement skills for initiating and sustaining connections.
Objectives
Recognize six fundamental relationship enhancement skills (PINK OARSI),Self-assess your progressive improvement toward a mastery levels of confidence and competence using the skills, andTeach relationship enhancement by modeling these skills during individual and group interactions.
