RCA Facilitator Training (TOT)

This program is designed to provide an overview of what it entails to train the CCAR RCA. Anyone who has recently taken the RCA and wishes to become an authorized trainer must complete this training in order to do so.This training requires preapproval for enrollment and payment.
Objectives
To understand what it takes to deliver the RCA curriculum, including the role of the CCAR Facilitator and the methodology of each module presented.To learn the logistics of hosting and facilitating an RCA, including registration in our online platform, purchasing of materials and the participant experience throughout.To further develop your coaching skills as a way t model throughout the training programs you host.
