This program is designed to provide an overview of what it entails to train the CCAR Ethical Considerations. Anyone who has recently taken CCAR Ethics and wishes to become an authorized trainer must complete this training in order to do so.This training requires preapproval for enrollment by the instructor.

Objectives
To understand what it takes to deliver the Ethics curriculum, including the role of the CCAR Facilitator and the methodology of each module presented.To learn the logistics of hosting and facilitating an Ethical Considerations training, including registration in our online platform, purchasing of materials and the participant experience throughout.To further develop your coaching skills as a way to model throughout the training programs you host.
