Improving Cultural Practices through Evaluation
Participants in this seminar will explore how we can leverage the evaluation and coaching process to improve culturally relevant practices in their schools. We will develop classroom 'look fors' and examine feedback strategies to focus teachers on building more inclusive classrooms where all students feel valued and are encouraged to not merely learn, but excel.
