Current trainers are required to participate in an annual TOT to maintain eligibility to facilitate training in your district.To recommend a new Trainer/Lead Mentor, individuals must meet the following requirements:• Experienced mentor with a minimum of five years of mentorship, three of which should be within the last five years.• Their mentor eligibility cannot be expired.• Demonstrated leadership skills.• In some instances, we can waive these requirements for educators who are in administrative roles. Zoom link will be sent prior to the start of training.
