Your DOE Account:

From now on you will access Protraxx through your DOE account (@schools.nyc.gov OR @doeexternal.nyc email). This will become your primary account email; any other emails will be logged as alternates within the system

On first login, you will be asked to confirm your current school/program and your title

Moving forward you will go to idpcloud.nycenet.edu to access DOE-supported applications

Using your DOE account, you will be able access DOE-supported applications using Google Drive, Gmail, Google Classroom, Zoom and other applications
