Instructional Coaches and School Leaders: Making the Connections to Teaching and Learning
The purpose of this workshop is to expand school leaders’ understanding of the roles and responsibilities of instructional coaches, the coaching cycle, the relationship between the instructional coach and teachers, and the challenges instructional coaches encounter. The workshop will focus how the school principal builds an effective and supportive relationship with the instructional coaches as they support teachers to improve student learning.
