School and District Leaders Working with Instructional Coaches: Connecting to Teaching and Learning

The purpose of this workshop is to expand school leaders' understanding of the roles and responsibilities of instructional coaches, the coaching cycle, the relationship between the instructional coach and teachers, and the challenges instructional coaches encounter. Participants will focus on how they can build effective relationships with instructional coaches in support of teacher efforts to improve student learning.
