ESL Lead Teacher Meeting
If you are a Program Facilitator working with ESL students or the lead teacher for ESL in your program, please join us again for an opportunity to discuss and share ideas, program practices and resources. This year we will focus on the LINCS ESL Pro Resource Collection. This site offers evidence-based resources to enhance the impact of adult English Language Learner (ELL) instruction. The three modules, Meeting the Language Needs of Today’s Adult English Language Learner, Integrating Digital Literacy Into English Language Instruction, and Preparing English Learners for Work and Career Pathways, complement and build upon one another to offer multiple approaches to learning at every level. Each topic-driven suite of resources includes an issue brief, online learning module, and a companion learning resource for educators. Please bring a tablet, Smart phone or laptop with you. If you are not currently working with an AE program, there is a charge of $50/ ½ day session or $100/full day session; billed after completion of the workshop.
