Elementary (K-5) Instructional Coaching Institute (3 days)

The Elementary Instructional Coaching Institute is for current and aspiring elementary instructional coaches who are interested in attending formal training.This three 3-day workshop will provide participants with an understanding of various coaching frameworks, theory, research, current perspectives and practices; all of which will be explored in a lab-school setting. Among the topics that will be covered over the course of three days are student-centered coaching, building networks for change, peer feedback, assessing student work, promoting teacher reflection, having better conversations, and using videotape for professional growth.
