How Staff Shape Leadership Effectiveness
Come learn what type of followers you have in your organization. Using the research of Barbara Kellerman (Harvard Business Review, 2007), participants will examine the different types of followers, how an individual chooses to become one type or another, and how leadership can influence followship.
Objectives
Participants will learn: -Kellerman’s five types of followers- What determines the type of follower an individual chooses to beome- How can your leadership influence followship
