Facilitating Futures Planning

Futures planning is a collaborative approach that helps staff, parents, and students to develop a long range plan that will guide the IEP.

Objectives
This one day workshop will instruct participants on how to prepare for, facilitate, and utilize a PATH Futures Planning session to assist parents, school personnel, and other interested parties in the development of a positive futures plan. Participants will learn and utilize the eight steps in a PATH (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope) futures session.
