Special Topics for Master Coaches

This institute is for experienced instructional coaches, at all levels of schooling, who have either attended Instructional Coaching training or have at least 4-5 years coaching experience. The workshop is for experienced instructional coaches, coaching specialists, coordinators, and/or department leaders working to advance their coaching knowledge, technique, and strategies. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of various coaching frameworks, theory, research, current perspectives and practices and explore the unique perspective of “coaching mindset.”
