Connecting the SAT to Classroom Math Practice
This full day workshop will provide teachers and instructional leaders with professional development on the redesigned features of the SAT and how to connect the SAT to classroom practice.
Objectives
Participants will receive an overview of the redesigned SAT and review the College Board Assessment Scores and Subscores. Participants will then engage in activities that focus on the Mathematical Content Domains and sample SAT Math questions. Finally, participants will look at question data analysis and see how they can connect instructional practices to helping their students’ better prepare for the SAT.
