Description
This 6 week course for CREC employees focuses on race, power, and privilege, and is sponsored by CREC Magnet Schools. For completing the course, CREC employees will receive $200 for educational materials to enhance their classroom or any work they do for CREC.
Objectives
-Bring a deeper knowledge to our employees of the community and families that we serve-Inform our teaching and practices in classrooms and services-Assemble CREC employees from many backgrounds and divisions/schools/departments to build relationships and broaden perspective agency-wide
