Making Mindfulness a Daily Habit
With the pandemic raging and so much stress and uncertainty in our everyday lives it’s not surprising that more and more people are turning to mindfulness as a healthy and effective way of coping during these challenging times. But what is mindfulness and how does it work? In this free session geared to beginners as well as more experienced practitioners, we will practice a short meditation with time for reflection and sharing. We will explore the science behind the practice and you will leave with a list of resources including books, videos, and apps if you would like to learn more. No cost to attend!
