Data Driven Dialogue Foundations
3 Day Track for New FTs

In this training participants will be introduced to the norms of data driven dialogue as well as the cycle of inquiry. The training is designed to empower participants to be engaged members in a learning community who looks at, examines, talks about, and makes decisions informed by data. The training is offered in two options: as a two day or three day. The three day version includes extra work on and skill refinement on the norms of collaboration.

Objectives
Participants will experience:(1) Increased consciousness around the cycle of inquiry and its application in professional learning; (2) Increased craftsmanship in talk about and using data; (3) Increased efficacy in talking about and understanding data with their peers

To improve the collaborative ability of teachers.
