EDUG 748-61
Internship/Seminar 1is REQUIRED for the master degree or post master’s advanced certificate in Educational Leadership. The internship integrates all previous learning experiences of the aspiring and practicing school leader, uses a problem solving approach to issues affecting administrators in elementary and secondary schools in urban or suburban areas. A co-requirement for this course is at least 250 hours of field experience as an administrative intern, an internship portfolio, an internship improvement initiative, logs, journals, and a digital presentation. Prerequisites: 18 applicable credits taken at Manhattan College and appropriate GPA in program; course related field activities, and permission of Program Director.
