Knowledge and Skills for Teachers Supervising the Work of Paraeducators

This session is designed for classroom teacher and paraeducator teams to assist in building their knowledge on working effectively as a educational team supporting students with or without IEPs.

Goals (appears on the evaluation form):
Educational teams will work collaboratively to: Understand roles and responsibilities in supporting paraeducators, provide positive and reflective feedback to encourage and assist paraeducators to grow professionally, appropriate time management of the paraeducators' time, and effectiveness in supporting the learning environment.
