Registration Instructions and Technical Requirements
 
 Procedures for Requesting Enrollment

ENROLLING

1. Once logged in, under Course Catalogs, select Quick Search.

 

2. Search for Course.

 

3. Click on Enroll button.

 

NEW USER

This is for participants who have not taken a class through this system before and have not yet

entered their personal information. You only register (create an account) once. Your personal

information will remain secure and private

  1. Click on New User Click Here to enter registration information. 
  2. Once you have created a registration you may proceed with registered user instructions.
     
       

    REGISTERED USER

    1. Enter username and password, click ‘login here’
    2. Select "College” from the drop down menu that corresponds with the workshop you wish to enroll.
    3. Select ‘Program Type” from drop down menu – Title IIA
    4. Click ‘Search’ 
    5. Click ‘Enroll Now’ for the workshop you wish to enroll in.
       

      STATUS

      You may check the status of your workshops by logging into the system as usual. On the right side click on “My Courses.”

      • PENDING You have successfully enrolled in an activity
      • APPROVED Your school’s principal has affirmed you.
      • CONFIRMED You have been confirmed by the Title IIA office to participate in your selected Activity. (This status does not show up on "My Courses." This is the final confirmation that comes after your principal has affirmed your enrollment. This confirmation comes from the Office of Nonpublic Schools approximately 2 weeks after the close of enrollment.

      PLEASE NOTE: PRINCIPAL AFFIRMATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ENROLLMENT. FINAL CONFIRMATION COMES FROM THE OFFICE OF NONPUBLIC SCHOOLS (TITLE IIA) IN THE FORM OF AN EMAIL THAT IS SENT THROUGH PROTRAXX. THIS OCCURS WITHIN APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS AFTER THE CLOSE OF ENROLLMENT ON PROTRAXX.

      WITHDRAWING

      Withdrawals can be made up until the day before your scheduled workshop. Also, you must

      1. Contact the College/University to let them know you will be withdrawing.
      2. Send an email notification to Abaumis@schools.nyc.gov
      3. Login with your username and password
      4. Click on my courses
      5.  Select the withdraw button that corresponds with the course you want to withdraw from.

       

       

       

      In order to assist in the completion of the online registration request process, principals will be required to affirm that teachers, and other appropriate personnel who have signed up are currently providing services to students in their schools. Please note: If any changes in the status of your employment occur, you must notify the Title IIA office immediately by email: Abaumis@schools.nyc.gov . To affirm, a principal must enter the school's username and password.
