Board of Trustees Meetings (Leadership Institute)
From its earliest days the Leadership Institute at Cooperative Educational Services (C.E.S.) has been regarded as a staff development model, giving administrators voice and authority to determine their own professional needs, while at the same time meeting district and state goals. This collaboration of regional administrators has enriched the districts, helped shape the careers of leaders and contributed to the excellence of the school districts in the C.E.S. region. The Leadership Institute serves 17 school districts in the C.E.S. region. The Leadership Institute at C.E.S. is an autonomous organization of C.E.S. functioning under a Board of Trustees chosen specifically to represent various categories of educational administrators and consists of representatives from the following:
- Central office personnel
- High school administration
- Middle school administration
- Elementary school administration
- C.E.S.
