Meaningful Curriculum: What is it? Why does it matter?
Participants will develop an awareness/shared understanding of the essential components of meaningful curriculum which include: Intentionality, Responsiveness and Reflectiveness. You will compare and contrast these essential components against current curriculum approaches and establish a mental model of curriculum. During session 2, participants will review their own Learning Experience Plans to include components of high quality curriculum.
