This course is REQUIRED for the master degree or post master’s advanced certificate in Educational Leadership. It is also suitable for professional development and CTLE hours. Participants will consider models, current practices, strategies, and a variety of data sources for determining organizational, personnel, and program effectiveness; strategize to involve constituents, stakeholders, and staff in assessing effectiveness and accountability for meeting standards; examine self-study and accrediting agency evaluation processes; integrate authentic, and alternative assessment; use data-based results to improve school and program effectiveness. 738 requires 15-20 hours of course related field activity.
