Registration Cancellation Policy
 
 
 ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

Events (no cost): You will receive an email indicating that your enrollment is pending approval, a seat has been reserved. You will receive another e-mail confirming your enrollment at a later date.

Events (with payment): You will receive an email indicating that your enrollment is approved, a seat has been reserved. You will receive another email confirming your enrollment once payment information has been received at least 10 days prior to the event.

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION POLICY

Workshop enrollments may be cancelled by contacting the CREC Professional Development Support Team at 860-509-3787 or pdsupport@crec.org. NOTE: Workshop cost may be incurred if notification of cancellation is received less than 10 days prior to the first date of the workshop. 

PLEASE NOTE: If workshops are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, you will receive an email notification at least 3-5 days prior to the workshop. Always check your e-mail prior to attending a workshop in case of a last minute change.

For weather related cancellation/delay information, see below. We will do our best to notify participants of any cancellation via e-mail by 4:00 p.m. the day prior. 

  • Check the CREC website (www.crec.org) or your local TV station for any delay/closing information. 
  • If CREC Central (includes Van Dyke Conference Center) opens on a delayed schedule, your ALL DAY workshop will begin 1/2 hour after CREC Central opens.
  •  MORNING (a.m. only) workshops will be cancelled.
  •  AFTERNOON (p.m. only) workshops will remain as scheduled.
