College & Career Readiness Standards in the Adult Education ESL Classroom

All adult education students need to be prepared to enter the workforce and and/or post-secondary educational programs, including ESL students. Although CCR Standards are not specifically intended for ESL students, many of the CCR Standards apply to what we teach in ESL at all levels. In this session we will look at some activities, lessons and ways to connect standards to what you do in the Adult Education ESL classroom. If you are not currently working with an AE program, there is a charge of $50/ ½ day session or $100/full day session; billed after completion of the workshop.
