GED®Test: Close Reading: A Key to Teaching Constructed Response

This session will focus on the importance of close reading skills in preparing students for the writing the constructed response. Using the GED® Testing Service webinar as the base for this session, participants discuss strategies that can be used to help adult learners more effectively gather evidence, knowledge, and insight from what they read. If you are not currently working with an AE program, there is a charge of $50/ ½ day session or $100/full day session; billed after completion of the workshop.

Objectives
Participants will learn about close reading strategies in order to prepare adult learners for the GED® Test constructed response.
