3rd Annual CREC/CCSU Mindfulness Conference: Grassroots to Integration, Pre-K to Higher Education
CREC and CCSU are co-hosting their 3rd Annual Conference on Mindfulness. The purpose of the conference is to share best practices, research, theories/ideas and to deepen and expand our understanding of Mindfulness in schools and universities and to utilize the information learned in our professional work with children, youth, young adults, and families.
Objectives
Participants will deepen their understanding of Mindfulness practices and research.
Notes

Check-in: 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.

Conference begins at 8:15 a.m.

Continental breakfast and light lunch provided.

Please check your Protraxx account for a certificate of completion 30-60 days after the conference.  This certificate can be submitted to your respective organization as documentation of participation.
