Professional Learning for the Master Coach
This workshop is for experienced coaches, at all grade levels and subject areas, who have either attended CREC Instructional Coaching training, or have more than four years’ coaching experience. In a collaborative learning environment, participants will examine the latest research, current perspectives, and promising practices in the field of Instructional Coaching. The main topics of the day will be working with school and district leadership, having better conversations, and creating a framework for coaching.
Objectives
Participants will deepen their understanding of various coaching frameworks, theory, and research and perspectives. They will work with an experienced CREC coach to develop a plan to put their new learning into practice right away.
