Mindfulness 101: A beginners guide to mindfulness practices
Mindfulness seems to be everywhere these days. A growing body of research indicates that mindfulness practices may positively influence physical health, psychological well-being, social skills, and ability to be more compassionate with ourselves and others. It can also help us reduce stress and burnout. Whether you are new to mindfulness or want to expand your knowledge and practice, this workshop is a wonderful opportunity to explore how these practices can help you in both your personal and professional life.
