In continuing the use of NAA's Core Competencies for After School and Youth Development Professionals, professional development and training opportunities for staff are crucial and critical for high quality after school programs for youth. To assist 21C programs in learning grant requirements, processes and resources available to them, this summer professional development opportunity will focus on the following areas:Morning Topics: -Risk Assessments -Intervention Plans -Evidence Binder guide and template Afternoon Topics: -Assessment of Program Practices Tool (APT-O) in action -Best Practices & Resources for High Quality 21C programs
