Bridge to Kindergarten Series: STEAM

This workshop will explore the various ways early childhood teachers can integrate play-based discovery and creative art experiences throughout the day. The focus will be on sharing engaging strategies for incorporating the program’s goals in developmentally appropriate ways. Intended audience: Pre-K and Kindergarten teachers.

Objectives
"Participants will:1. Develop play-based learning experiences that support standards and cognitive rigor. 2. Plan to gather authentic assessment data through play-based, developmentally appropriate experiences in the early childhood classroom.3. Plan to use provocations and prompts to extend children's learning."
