LRE/Inclusive Practices for Students with Significant Learning Disabilities
The session will provide educators (special education, general education, related services providers and administrators) with evidenced based practices and curriculum frameworks to support learners with significant disabilities access the curriculum to demonstrate success.
Objectives
Educators will learn about: Curriculum frameworks that can be used when designing challenging instruction for students with significant disabilities; How to determine entry points and levels of complexity in the Common Core Standards for instruction; and Instructional strategies to increase engagement for all students regardless of their learning profile"
